When a person joins an organziation's group on the website, the join forms collect the information you deem necessary to accomplish your signup requirements. This information is controlled by you but must include the member display name. All information you collect is maintained on the website being kept private. The Signup Place will email your members according to the messaging you define in groups and signups. A member can opt out of receiving any message type.


Under no circumstances will your personal information, which The Signup Place collects, be communicated or disseminated to third parties, except as provided herein or unless this is necessary to carry out the services you request on the Website.

In the normal course of business, The Signup Place may disclose some personal information to Google Analytics, which is used to generate detailed statistics about the Website’s traffic and traffic sources.

The Signup Place will retain personal information linked to a signup and groups until you decide to remove it or your organization is removed. All personal information is removed when a group member is removed.
